I feel a bump above my ankle.
I touch my stuffed animal, clubby.
I worry that I will die.
I cry when I can see my friends.

I understand why I have to go to the hospital.
I say I am sad.
I dream I don’t have cancer.
I try to hang out with friends.
I hope I won’t die.
