I wonder if I will still know these magic tricks when I get older.

I want to know if I can hand on to a big chain and hang upside down from a tall building.
I am a tricky man who can swallow needles on a thread and pull them back up by pulling the thread from my throat.

I pretend that I can do over a million magic tricks in one minute.
I feel the needles coming up from my throat.
I touch the want that I use for millions of magic tricks.
I worry that I won’t be able to do my magic tricks very well.
I am a man who can do lots and lots of magic tricks.

I understand that I won’t always get all my magic tricks correct.
I say that I can do millions and millions of tricks.
I dream that I was the only famous magician in the world.
I try to do every single trick exactly right.
I hope that when I grow up I will still know my magic tricks.
